Lucknow: In a bid to examine bunking of sessions by learners, Uttar Pradesh Specialized School (UPTU) has desired information of presence from all the technical institutions in the condition. A round to this impact has been sent to all 589 technological innovation universities of the condition by the UPTU evaluation operator V K Singh asking them to provide per month information of learners having brief presence, authorities said here these days. As per the standards, only those learners having lowest 75 % presence are permitted to appear for the term exams. "As per the university guidelines learners are needed to fulfill the presence requirements, only after which they will be permitted to appear in 2009-10 term evaluation," Singh said. "All the universities are instructed to publish per month review of learners, whose presence is not as per the guidelines," he included. The university has also instructed that mother and father of such learners should also be advised about brief presence of their wards.
